Paperwork Needed
To apply for a loan, you will have to provide the lender with detailed documentation of your financial history. The lender will request a credit report from a credit agency and will verify the information provided in your loan application. Be prepared to provide:
- Security Financial Services Credit Authorization Form
- Copies of checking and savings accounts statements for the past two months
- Your 2 most recent paycheck stubs
- Last 2 years W-2 forms
- If self emplouyed ncome tax returns for the past two years to verify your income and proof of employment
- Residence history for the past two years
- If purchase sales contract for the purchase of a new home
- Homeowner's association information with contact information if property is a condo or part of a homeowner's association
- If refinance current copy of homeowners insurnace policy that shows annual premium and renewal date
- If refinance most current mortgage statement
- If multiple propeties are owned a copy of each mortgage statement to verify payment and if mortgage includes escrows of taxes and insurance
